The David Young Community Academy is a Church of England sponsored Academy which welcomes students of all faiths and of none
The DYCA uniform has been designed by the students and it is compulsory. The uniform has been chosen by the students to enable them to be prepared for the world of work and business
The School is now heavily reliant on computers to process and record much data. Accordingly the Academy is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.
The Principal has designated all Academy buildings, the whole site within the perimeter fence, all school buses and other related transport to be smoke free places. | |
